The place is brand new. Nice lobby, beautiful rooms, the pool and aqua park are great. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating, they allowed early check in and late check out.

We had the best time at this hotel – it’s perfect for families! The whole vibe was super welcoming and relaxing from the start. The food was honestly great – both breakfast and dinner had so many tasty options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The beach and pools were clean and beautiful, and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the sun and sea. The aqua park was a huge hit with the kids – so much fun, and something new to do every day! A big shoutout and special thanks to Ms. Sara from customer relations – she was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we booked until we checked out. She really made our stay special and stress-free.

We had an absolutely amazing 7-day stay at Giwan Resort in Al Alamein. Every member of the family enjoyed everything—from the wonderful beach and activities to the delicious food. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the entire experience was top-notch. A special thank you to Sara, the Guest Relations Manager, who made our stay truly unforgettable. She was in touch even before we arrived, and her warm, attentive support continued throughout our visit. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of.
